Fluffy Pancakes

Ingredients: 
• 1 1/2 Cups Plain Flour
• 2 Tablespoons Sugar
• ¼ Cup Melted Butter
• 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
• 1 Teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda
• ½ Teaspoon salt
• 1 Cup milk
• 2 Large Eggs

Method:
1. Crack the eggs in a mixing bowl. Add the milk and melted butter. Stir to combine.

2. Add in your dry ingredients and whisk until well combined.

3.  Pour around ½ cup batter onto a heated non-stick pan and cook over a low heat.

4.  Flip when bubbles appear & cook for another 30 seconds. Repeat with the remaining batter.

5.  Serve with your favourite toppings.
