Join us for our Plant Fair as we once again open our gardens as part of the National Garden Scheme’s Open Day, raising money for nursing and health charities across the UK. Once the site of a monastery, home to Royals, and then designed by Humphrey Repton in 1813, our Grade II* gardens are not to be missed with colourful formal bedding, an elegant rosary, and grand breathtaking views. The 190 acres including formal gardens, a large lawn area leading to avenues of trees and arboretum. In May, highlights of the garden include the azaleas and Rhododendron Avenue and spring bedding displays.
