Essex & Herts Air Ambulance (EHAAT) is delighted to announce the opening of its newest charity shop in Hemel Hempstead this February. Located at 232 Marlowes in the heart of the town centre, just outside the Marlowes shopping centre, the shop is set to open its doors week commencing 9th February.
The new store will offer a carefully curated selection of quality pre-loved clothing, shoes and accessories, home-wares, and toys and games, alongside official EHAAT merchandise. With convenient access to the multi-storey car park and easy donation drop-off at the rear via Waterhouse Street, the shop promises to be a convenient destination for shoppers looking for unique finds.
“We’re thrilled to be opening in Hemel Hempstead and becoming part of this vibrant high street,” said Lee Hodgins, Head of Retail at Essex & Herts Air Ambulance. “Every purchase helps us continue our life-saving mission across Essex and Hertfordshire.”
Volunteers and Staff Needed
EHAAT is seeking volunteers to join the team. Shop floor volunteers are needed to serve customers and keep the shop well-stocked, while sorting room volunteers will accept and sort donations. Anyone interested can find more information at ehaat.org/volunteer/
Donate and Shop
From opening day, the shop will accept donations at its easy-access donation point at the rear on Waterhouse Street. Residents are encouraged to bring pre-loved clothing, shoes, accessories, homewares and toys in good condition.
