River of Light is a community-led lantern procession celebrating the transition from winter into spring. The event includes a programme of lantern-making workshops during February half term and lantern kits available to purchase. Lanterns made in the workshops will be used in the procession.

Thursday 19 February: No Ordinary Museum, Marlowes Shopping Centre, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1DX. 10.30am to 2.30pm
Friday 20 February: Liberty Tea Rooms, 12 Bank Court, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1BS. 2.30pm-6.30pm
