    The Vision
    – A welcoming and inclusive creative & wellbeing community hub.
    – Spaces for the arts, wellbeing, and intergenerational connection
    – Collaborative opportunities with other charities and organisations
    – Supportive workshops, sessions, and groups for all ages
    – A place that proves community action, ownership & power works!

Heath Barn is a 16th Century, Grade II Listed property. From the 1950’s to 2019, the barn housed music education for Hemel Hempstead School and later, Dacorum Music School, as well as offering space for weddings and events. Out of use since 2019, Hertfordshire County Council plans to convert the building into five residential dwellings.

With the rapid growth and rising population in Hemel Hempstead, the need for safe, accessible community spaces has become more important than ever. Heath Barn, with its ideal location and layout, offers a perfect venue for bringing people together.

The proposal goes to Committee on THURSDAY 18th SEPTEMBER at  THE FORUM, HEMEL HEMPSTEAD HP1 1DN with a 7PM START
