    2nd Chance Challenge

Given up on your New Years Resolutions already? Did you know that Friday 10th January is Quitter’s Day?! This is the day that most people are like to give up on their New Years resolutions.

So One Impossible Thing are giving you a 2nd Chance. Their 2nd ChanceChallenge is a four week fitness challenge starting on Quitter’s Day. They’ll help you buck the trend by supporting and encouraging you every step of the way through an online community of people, so you don’t become a quitter!

It’s free to enter and there will be a number of prizes, donated by Cardo, including a prize draw that everyone who completes their challenge will go in to. All you need to do is pick 2 activities and pick your own goal for each activity. Maybe you want to walk 5kms per week and do 2 press ups each day, or run 20kms per week and dance to your favourite song each day? It’s entirely up to you – your activities, your target. When you join the private Facebook Group, you’ll get to be part of a community that will help motivate you through your challenge.

Emma, who competed in One Impossible Thing’s November Challenge, said, “I got involved quite a lot in the Facebook discussions. I liked cheering on the other people using it, and being cheered on myself – it makes you feel more connected… It also motivates you and reminds you to keep hitting your targets.”
